I’m 16 and a little overweight 5′4 & 180lbs with a wide build I’ve been doing cardio at least 30 mins at least 5 times a week as well as weight training and rock climbing 3 times a week how fast can expect to start seeing some results I’ve been doing it for about a month

    You didn’t say anything about your eating habits. What you eat is 80% of success in getting in shape. Don’t do anything dumb, though; find a balanced plan that makes sense to you and stick with it (unless it doesn’t work, then change it obviously). I like the Zone and Body-For-Life; they’re easy to follow and reasonable.
