How to Make Better Recovery From Hard Exercise of Rock Climbing?

After fitting for my arm, foot, I don’t feel very tired at the muscle, however, after 2 days, the muscle feel very ache, sour, and hurt. Why does this happen and how to make the recovery faster. Especially I want to rock climbing one day and train my muscle one day and then day by day in turn. If my muscle keep this sour, I can not have a good training on rock climbing.

    It normally happens during the first day of a
    certain exercise. Because that’s how your body reacts.
    You will normally feel that 1 day or two days after the exercise.
    Your body will recover from the pain you experienced I guess 1 week after…

    Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of bananas. The bananas are packed with Potassium which helps muscle recovery. Your muscles hurt due to lactic acid that builds up when your muscles get used.
