Is It Bad to Go Rock Climbing if You Have Mono?

I have caught the beginnings of Mono (kissing disease), ironically not by kissing. Would it be bad for me to go rock climbing tomorrow?

    Rest is important if you actually have mono. You won’t be up to par either. You could be putting yourself AND others in danger.

    I’ve had mono before and trust me you definitely can NOT go mountain climbing. When I had it I tried hiking and I thought I was gonna burst from the pain in my sides and I usually don’t get cramps when I hike so don’t do it it’s not worth having no spleen
