215lb 5′9″ powerlifting background, means your feet are wider at the ball than most rock climbing enthusiasts. I’ve been renting and the shoes that normally reflect my size (10.5-11) dont fit right around the ball of my foot. I am planning on investing in my own but lack industry knowledge. is there a brand known for producing shoes that are wider near the toes?

What Are Good Techniques for Training Arm Tendons and Ligaments?

I started rock climbing about a year ago and progressed pretty quickly but the tendons and ligaments in my arms have become a serious problem for me lately. They’re constantly sore and seem to be very injury prone. Are there any good techniques for training them, specifically the ones in the hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders?

I’ve looked around some body building forums but most of that was very technical and over my head. Hope someone can give me some more straight forward information. Thank you!
