I’ve been training for Navy Seals the last couple months and I plan to enlist after i graduate from college. Currently I can do about 85-100 pushups in 2 mins. 110 situps in 2 mins. 13 dead hang pulls ups. And I run about 6:15 miles and I run about 30-40 miles a week as well as hiking every weekend. and rock climbing twice a week. My only problem is swimming… I’ve never been a big swimmer till this summer and i swam every day at the lake for the month of july and into august. When i came back to town, i would swim a mile every other day at the gym until early september when my dad got a job and now he takes the car to work with him till he comes home at 8 pm. I have little access to the car and i need to make my trips to the gym count so how can i improve my swimming within about 4 hrs of swimming throughout a week?
