I am making a rock climbing shoe for my senior project and I am wondering how you would be able to make a climbing shoe sole, or where I could buy one.(Not Preferable)

215lb 5′9″ powerlifting background, means your feet are wider at the ball than most rock climbing enthusiasts. I’ve been renting and the shoes that normally reflect my size (10.5-11) dont fit right around the ball of my foot. I am planning on investing in my own but lack industry knowledge. is there a brand known for producing shoes that are wider near the toes?
