Rock Climbing Training, With a Pull Up Bar, and the Floor!?

Hi

I cant go rock climbing for about 6 months, though I really need to get stronger before then.
I have an iron gym, which is a pull up bar, and nothing much else for training.
What can I do to improve my climbing ability, and stamina, as well as flexibility?

My current plan is this:

Day One:

I will focus on my biceps, back and forearms.

Pull Ups (Close grip, wide Grip, neutral grip)

Chin Ups (Close grip and wide grip)

Static Hangs (One armed)

Day Two:

I will focus on my calves, quads and triceps.

Calve Raises (One legged)

One Legged Squats

Tricep Dips

Day Three:

I will focus on my pectoral muscles, and abdominals.

Push Ups

Crunches

As well as this, I’m intending to do a few stretches each day to improve my flexibility.
Is there anything else I should be doing, or anything I can cut out of the work out?

Thanks
I’v had some ideas of what I could do instead then… I can ditch the push ups, and the chin ups, though for the dead hangs, aswell as doing them with one arm, hang on the bar with just my fingertips etc, as that should kind of replicate a hang board, and I can use doorframes, rooves etc for some different holds….
right now I’m rally week, so a nice easy bar would suite me best for a little while though, when I start climbing again in march or april, I will get a hangboard.

Training for Climbing?

I’m currently at a school far, far away from any mountains but we are currently having a rock wall installed. I was wondering how I should go about training. Right now I do 5 sets of 15 pull ups on small crimps followed by 3 sets of frenchies on a pull up bar every other day. On the days I’m not doing this I do push ups, sit ups, lower ab lifts and use free weights to excercise my obliques. Should I do push ups and sit ups every day? Should I do pull ups on a bar rather than crimps? Since I’m hanging from crimps while I do pull ups do I need to do static hangs? I appreciate all the help I can get.

Improving Swimming for Navy Seals and Training?

I’ve been training for Navy Seals the last couple months and I plan to enlist after i graduate from college. Currently I can do about 85-100 pushups in 2 mins. 110 situps in 2 mins. 13 dead hang pulls ups. And I run about 6:15 miles and I run about 30-40 miles a week as well as hiking every weekend. and rock climbing twice a week. My only problem is swimming… I’ve never been a big swimmer till this summer and i swam every day at the lake for the month of july and into august. When i came back to town, i would swim a mile every other day at the gym until early september when my dad got a job and now he takes the car to work with him till he comes home at 8 pm. I have little access to the car and i need to make my trips to the gym count so how can i improve my swimming within about 4 hrs of swimming throughout a week?
