<p>Pull Ups (Close grip, wide Grip, neutral grip)</p>
<p>Chin Ups (Close grip &#97;&#110;&#100; wide grip) </p>
<p>Static Hangs (One armed)</p>
<p>Day Two: </p>
<p>I &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; focus &#111;&#110; &#109;&#121; calves, quads &#97;&#110;&#100; triceps. </p>
<p>Calve Raises (One legged)</p>
<p>One Legged Squats </p>
<p>Tricep Dips </p>
<p>Day Three:</p>
<p>I &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; focus &#111;&#110; &#109;&#121; pectoral muscles, &#97;&#110;&#100; abdominals.</p>
<p>Push Ups </p>
<p>Crunches </p>
<p>&#65;&#115; well &#97;&#115; &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115;, I&#8217;m intending &#116;&#111; &#100;&#111; a few stretches each day &#116;&#111; improve &#109;&#121; flexibility.<br />

&#114;&#105;&#103;&#104;&#116; now I&#8217;m rally week, &#115;&#111; a nice easy bar &#119;&#111;&#117;&#108;&#100; suite &#109;&#101; best &#102;&#111;&#114; a &#108;&#105;&#116;&#116;&#108;&#101; &#119;&#104;&#105;&#108;&#101; though, &#119;&#104;&#101;&#110; I &#115;&#116;&#97;&#114;&#116; climbing again &#105;&#110; march &#111;&#114; april, I &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; &#103;&#101;&#116; a hangboard.</p>

<p>Please give &#109;&#101; &#97;&#115; much info &#97;&#115; &#121;&#111;&#117; &#99;&#97;&#110;, &#97;&#115; well &#97;&#115; links &#116;&#111; websites, &#97;&#110;&#100; maybe &#115;&#111;&#109;&#101; books. </p>
